一. Finland Travel Visa Requirements

Passport

Valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended stay;

Two blank visa pages available;

Original passport with no damage, stains, or alterations;

Old passport (if applicable) and a photocopy of its data page.

Photos

Two recent color photos taken within the last six months;

Size: 35mm x 45mm;

White background, bareheaded without any accessories;

Eyes must be open, not smiling.

ID Card & Household Registration & Marriage Certificate

Photocopies of both sides of your ID card on one A4 sheet.

Copy of your household registration book.

Copy of marriage certificate (if married).

Proof of Personal Assets

Bank statements from the past six months showing income and transactions stamped by the bank.

Supporting documents: Copies of property ownership certificates or vehicle registration certificates in your name or that of your spouse.

Employment Verification

A work permit issued by your employer.

Duplicate copy of company business license bearing an official seal.

Retirement certificate if retired (replacing above two documents).

Student proof: Original school enrollment certificate.

Itinerary Plan & Flight Ticket/Hotel Booking Confirmation & Insurance Policy

English itinerary plan detailing travel dates and destinations.

Flight ticket booking confirmation + hotel reservation confirmation.

International medical insurance policy with coverage exceeding €30,000.

二.Finland Family Visit Visa Additional Documents Required:

Publicly certified document attesting to kinship between applicant and host person in Finland;

2a. Invitation letter from host person in Finnish language specifying their living arrangements;

3b.Copy of host person's passport biodata page or green card;

三.Finland Business Visa Additional Documents Required:

1a.Duplicate original invitation letter from inviting Finnish company using letterhead paper signed by authorized personnel;
