2020年6月28日，我在元氏县见证了第六届石家庄市旅发大会的开幕，这是一次为期两天的盛会。本次旅发大会旨在实现“绿色、精彩、高质量”的发展目标，重点推广生态优先、产业立本、运动体验和文化内涵的全域旅游理念。在重点观摩项目中，我有幸与嘉宾和游客一起分享全域旅游建设的成果，并体验了“湖山福地 龙兴元氏”的独特魅力。

通过修建约80公里的环式精品旅游线路——龙兴山水风景大道，将槐河湿地片区、万花山片区、蟠龙湖片区等十大特色片区连接起来，元氏县打造了一种新的旅游布局模式，即“一环十区”。这座城市利用其毗邻石家庄市区的地理优势，针对居民的短途游趋势进行规划，为市民提供一个便捷且多样化的出行解决方案。

此外，本次旅发大会还重视对景区提升改造工作，对包括人文型景区在内的一系列旅游点进行了改善。同时，我们也科学谋划将“旅游+”实践落到实处。期间举办了多项特色活动，如槐河人家风筝音乐节、万花山自行车赛等，以丰富旅行体验。

为了应对疫情防控新形势，本次旅发大会创新模式，强化措施，并探索办会新路径。除了传统线下办公，我们还增加了线上板块，采用视频连线和直播技术，使会议更加数字化。我们与新媒体平台、大数据平台合作，通过直播推介和带货活动来宣传推广元氏重点观摩项目，同时促进销售。

四个核心理念——生态优先、产业立本、运动体验和文化内涵—are all on display in the charm of dragon-excelling Yenshi. By prioritizing ecology, we've integrated eco-ideas into city planning and construction, promoting ecological corridors and continuously improving environmental quality. We're building a green development concept.

The event also highlights industrial-based tourism, leveraging the "travel+" strategy to drive transformation and upgrading, fostering a strong tourism industry that integrates modern agriculture, new commerce, and health-care industries. Key projects like Huaxia Happy Yenshi Industrial New City showcase productive urban fusion results.

For sporting experiences, we showcased water sports bases at Cunlong Lake Water Sports Base and outdoor activities at Wuyi Mountain Outdoor Sports Base to create a unique sports experience for tourists.

Lastly, our cultural offerings include exploring ancient Western Zhou sites culture Han Dynasty heritage sites culture Confucian academies' history food culture intangible cultural heritage agricultural culture with study tours performances exhibitions showcasing Longxiang Culture Confucian education history Han inscriptions local delicacies non-material cultural heritage agricultural traditions while preserving regional roots.
